​Our collaboration with Chef Christos Amantos reflects a shared vision: creating an experience where food becomes part of the atmosphere, the landscape and the emotion of summer itself. Inspired by the simplicity of exceptional ingredients, coastal living and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, the new menu has been designed to complement the rhythm of the island — from long beach lunches to sunset dining and late evening gatherings by the sea.
